Experienced in protein construct design, enzymatic and biophysical assay integration, and structure refinement using CryoEM density maps. Skilled in preparing cryo-EM grids (Vitrobot Mark IV) and advancing co-complex structure determination to support small molecule and biologics discovery. Successfully contributed to external collaborations and managed CRO partnerships to expand capabilities.
